Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable, but the lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer hours. The food at the restaurant was hit or miss—some dishes were enjoyable, while others were disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there's room for improvement in the dining and room amenities.
We had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is truly spectacular with breathtaking views, and the suite was spacious and comfortable. However, some aspects like the outdated dining area and the service left much to be desired. Additionally, we encountered some significant inconveniences with parking and room access.
Our stay was quite challenging due to several service issues and a noisy environment, especially given that we were there with large tour groups. The room was outdated and not very comfortable, which was disappointing. The breakfast didn't meet expectations for a hotel. While the seaside view was a nice touch, the overall experience lacked the quality we hoped for.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was stunning with beautiful sea views, the check-in process was frustrating due to issues with the keycards. However, the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff redeemed some of the experience. Dining options were good, especially the breakfast, but I felt some improvements could be made, especially in terms of variety. Overall, I left with positive memories despite a couple of hiccups.
We spent a couple of nights here as a family, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious enough for us, and the enclosed veranda was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors even when it rained. The location is quite convenient being close to the Waitangi Treaty grounds, but the hotel is starting to show its age in some areas. While the pool was popular and the gardens were lovely, I found the dining options to be just average, and the lack of air conditioning was something I missed during warmer moments.
